Recommended weight: Really depends on the checkpoint you're using. I'm most comfortable around 0.9, but your mileage may vary.
About the Scepter: There is not a lot of reference material for DM when he is not holding his scepter. I did what I could to properly tag it so the model would know not to generate it when not prompted. But still, sometimes I still prefer (and suggest) you put "scepter" in the negative prompt, to avoid the model messing up your generation, if you don't need the scepter in your image.
The one, the (not) only: Dark Magician!
Because this site has a trillion Dark Magician Girl loras, but the guy himself had none.
And honestly, I can understand why. He is such a troublesome character to make a lora from. Hard to get the model to properly render all of his perks properly, like the armor and robe. It reminds me of the trouble I went through to make Fire Emblem's Black Knight lora. It took me a little while to get this lora to even work to an acceptable degree. I think it's okay right now, but tell me if it's not doing it for you.
