Fulfilling a request to make Neera Li from Freedom planet

Trigger: Neera Li

For the clothes: black knee-high boots, purple robe with black and white straps, brocade knot, black skirt underneath robe, silver shoulder pads with purple accents,

helpful: Purple sleeves, black fingerless gloves, bobcut, black bodysuit under robe

due to a limited available dataset it might have some issues with certain poses as well as the hair, so it might be worth bumping it down to 0.7-0.9 for experimentation as well as using the helpful prompts

Worth testing on SonicDiffusionXL as well
