This Lora was trained with the "blue hair" tag but her hair is purple on her sprites so I just prompt it anyway. It looks good imho

Think of the uniform as a plus because the data was very scarce and it is a little bit burnt

The weird giant zipper thing from her default outfit can bleed into untrained outfits. Your best bet is to use accessory tags like "choker" or "necklace" and prompting "collarbone"
