Outfit 1:

red sweater, turtleneck, long sleeves, light brown beret, blue skirt, parted lips, brown boots

Outfit 2:

japanese clothes, yellow haori, black trim, long sleeves, yellow sleeves, blue yukata It should work fine at 1.0 weight but adjust this value as needed.
