Animal (usually voiced by Sam Saletta but at least once by John Kassir) is a recurring character on Rocket Power.
He is one of Lars Rodriguez's cronies who joined his gang in the second season. He was introduced when Sam Dullard's first voice actor (not counting the unaired pilot where he was voiced by Twister Rodriguez's voice actor Ulises Cuadra) went through puberty and could no longer voice Sam (similar to the introduction of Wolfgang on Hey Arnold! when Arnold Shortman's first voice actor Lane Toran went through puberty).
Animal mostly makes grunts and other nonverbal sounds and rarely speaks actual words with the most words he ever uttered being "you did not" in "Outta My Pit". He is also shown to be cowardly in "Womp Race" when he is afraid to skate down the incline. He is shown in Conroy Blanc's class despite his large size, implying he has been held back several times.
