Description

(Copy the prompt template below for best results!)

A LoRA for four-part horizontal transformation sequences, mainly focused around the door/portal theme. Focused on [M->F] TG but can do [F->F] TF, no idea about [F->M] TG. Only works with wide aspect ratios, don't try square or vertical images for this.

I recommend setting a custom ratio of the largest 13:6 you can get (or somewhere around there at least). Out of the default ratios, 16:9 is best, don't use 3:1 as it's too wide.

When using DiT.3, remember to write your main prompt in natural language/full sentences. I recommend using a LoRA strength of 0.9 to 1.1 (usually 1 works, but adjust as needed) for maximum adherence to the theme.

This LoRA was trained on a specific prompt structure for maximum coherence, I recommend using it to get the best results. Copy this prompt and replace all the square brackets:

A left-to-right four-stage transformation progression sequence, showing the pre-transformation character entering a magic portal door, two mid-transformation stages on a colored magic background, and then the transformed female character on the other side. The transformation starts with the first stage: [describe the pre-transformation character in this order: person with hair, eyes, accessories, shirt, and pants]. Past the doorway is a [color] magic background, and the second stage: with the hair, body, and clothes all mid-transformation. The changes progress further in the third stage: showing the character almost-fully transformed, followed by the magic portal door. On the other side, the transformation is completed with the fourth stage: [full description of the post-transformation character, in this order: person, setting, species, role, with hair, nonhuman features, eyes, skin, bust, and hips, wearing clothes, pose]. The setting changes from [pre-transformation background] to [post-transformation background].

If it's a complicated prompt or just not adhering well, you can add this to the end:

Genderswap, transformation sequence, left-to-right sequential progression, TFTG, dynamic pose, [extra tags if the theme needs reinforcing]. The initial door is in a wall. The two middle stages (second and third) are visibly mid-transformation, showing in-progress changes - clothes merging and breaking, bodies curving and bursting out, hair growing, and so on. (The second stage is a mid-transformation girl showing the transformation of the initial [m/f], while the third stage shows the [overall transformation] progression/growth after that.) Detailed outfit and scenery post-transformation, absurdres.

Other Notes: This is the next in the series after this DiT.2 LoRA (https://pixai.art/en/model/1997695930042363161), made with an improved dataset and manually-captioned images for DiT.3 use. (Again, mainly from the transformation door series, with a few similar others added in. If you know any similar series/artwork, however, let me know in the comments - using a bunch of images from the same source made it act a lot like a style LoRA, and more variety could help with that.)

...and yes, this is a slightly more complicated LoRA to use, but I find it already gives more consistent sequences than most others on the site.

So... thank you for reading to the end! Let me know in the comments if you enjoyed, want to share your generation, or even just need help getting it to work. Oh, and do share your images on the site as well!
