Taelyn Carterhaugh Appreciation Day

Taelyn is the demi-god daughter/avatar of the goddess Meabh, patron deity of the Aenean, the ancient people of Runnemede. Though chaotic and wrathful, Meabh is ultimately a benevolent deity. Through her daughter, she influences the Royal Court and the Anointed Hero of Runnemede, first in the War of the Adversary and later against the Altar of Plagues. Taelyn appears as a young girl in her teens but is actually much, much older. She is wild and unpredictable but, like her mother, she is kind and full of a lust for life. She grows up around the Teamhrach, a loci where the real world overlaps with the Rekiah, the spirit world. The gateway to the Teamhrach is illusory Carterhaugh Farm.
