This is one of the images I will be using as a reference for the upcoming parts to the Camp Life chapter. Sadly, coming up with the locales isn't the hard part, but instead it is the dialog. If I can bring a little "Orc Honesty" to the conversation here...a lot of the previous writing has been first draft quality to first draft plus a quick once-over review, mainly looking for spelling and grammatical errors. I was speaking with a fellow user here about taking one's time to ensure quality, and that is advice that I have to constantly remind myself. Sure, I could rush through the writing process...but I know I will ultimately displeased with the rushed results and then comes the regret of not just taking my time. So, I feel like I need to take my time and learn to be a better writer (and deal with the unfun process of review and editing. Boooo 👎) and better manage my time...management. Well, enough of that, let's get back to discussing this room. I wanted to go for a communications room, but one that looks dated. The older computer with the monochrome CRT monitor was a nice touch. I also really like how the it generated the lighting effects for this room. The wall decorations definitely give an impression of who the previous occupants of this ranger's station were. Art to the right, and what appears to be a needlepoint piece and two framed awards/articles to the left. Between all that, the airborne dust whisps near the window, and the somewhat messy cable management gives this room a seldomly-used feel to it. I like it.
Of the two bookcases on the right side of the image, remove the leftmost of the two and leave the wall behind it bare. remove the desk lamp
