Lora not made by me, it's an old XL lora, still testing it out.
No clue what suitable prom is so need test run.
Lora strength seems good at 1.0-1.5,
1.0 seems a bit weak but okish, 1.2 seems best for me, 1.5 more towards artist style
If over than 1.2, there's chance there's blueish, rainbow color on hair
Samples below are using model VXP_AnimaPonyXL (Turbo)

On other models it's around 0.7-1.0, might deformed the face in some model, need lower strength if that happens.
