"Ex machina" race from no game no life! Same as for the fluegel race: lower strength leads to "normal" elf ears while higher strength leads to those metallic, robot-elf ears. Have fun and go wild. The Lora works on boys but usually creates femboys/boyish guys but you can try to play around with it.
