Lora trained on screencaps and promotional art of Tootie from Fairly OddParents.
The gens need reinforcement tags to get closer to the proper appearance. Use at minimum "black hair" and specify the hairstyle.
Use "toon (style)" to get images that look closer to the show's artstyle, but this will result in more visual errors (eyes, nose, twintails) at high lora strength.
