Sofia from the fighting game series and anime OVA Battle Arena Toshinden. Trained mostly from anime screen shots and concept art from the games. The OVA outfit comes out good, results may vary with her game outfits (3 especially is not accurate, I needed to use more images and specific tags).
I was only a little surprised she didn't have an up to date LoRA. I know she's not Mai or Shaia, but she was still memorable among Obari drawn heroines.
