Japanese card name seems to be 寄生虫パラサイドAnm_v1: Trained on base Anima. Trigger is still "parasite paracide", but describing the parasite's location with natural language seems to help significantly. Unfortunately also has an impact on the quality/style, so I recommend adding a few extra diffusion steps (~32 - 36 instead of 28-30).IL_v1: Main trigger is "parasite paracide".
