Chaos;Head is a psychological horror visual novel developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus, inaugurating the Science Adventure series. The narrative focuses on characters like the reclusive Takumi Nishijou, alongside Rimi Sakihata, Sena Aoi, and Ayase Kishimoto. Set in Shibuya, the story weaves delusions and reality together amid a series of bizarre serial killings known as the New Generation Madness, featuring mysterious weapons called DI-swords.
