It may be possible to changing the gender of the parent by added "Father holding baby" to prompt, generally by adding additional LoRAs to assist. Negatives for female characters may work also.

This originally was going to be the 3rd NSFW model I was going to work on, but it ended up being better as a SFW model to just show a mother and her child. However, the trigger tag BFMother (for breastfeeding mother) was used in training so apologies for the strange tag associated with this one. I still really like the wholesome feel to the images generated and I hope you like the positive outlook to the final outcome as well!
Note: The baby becomes extremely deformed when you try to prompt for its original purpose...
