Trying to not overlap your tag options: cyborg_velociraptor, neo-raptor, cyborgferal, neo-dino,

Usually has much better results than the non-XL, Just, experiment with low tokens -- -- to see which Models or LORA help bolster it the most. Pony, AutismMix and some of the scalie ones produce coherent raptors. If you want NSFW, you'll have to train that yourself though.
