It puts the dicks where the nipples go. Naked, under clothes, or sticking through cutouts all work fairly well.Not trained to put testicles on the dicknipples, and did not test for that. Sorry if you have a strong preference for that.I tried to train bulges for non-erect dicks under clothing, but the results are not stable or consistent. Tag for that purpose is: dicknipple bulge. Good luck.Still some tendency for unprompted head out of frame, but tags like 'full body' mitigate. If no color is specified, clothing will frequently be blue. I estimate about 90% stability, but some random extra dicks are still possible.
