Nicole Briefs, she is the adopted younger sister of Bulma Briefs of (U9). She’s a legendary saiyan, a mother of two children, grandmother of three, great grandmother of one. She’s also Mute, but thanks to her sister, who made a voice collar around her neck so she can talk through it.
