Colonel Violet (Dragonball)

Violet, formerly Colonel Violet from the Red Ribbon Army. She cares about animal children, but doesn't care about much else other than money. She never met Goku herself, but when Goku attacked the Red Ribbon Army, she stole the commander's secret money and fled the army base. Violet's last appearance was when she almost hit Bulma and Yamacha when they were flying toward the base.
