Replace the "{character}"s in the default prompt with the characters you wish to use and remove the last prompt that says so. Make sure the names are written in official order and their series listed if a common name (Autocomplete enabled usually tells you how the names should be written).
Add in the poses you wish to see, for example: In the Cover of this Lora I put that Rhea is standing and Edelgard is lying on her stomach. And in the Lora thumbnail I put "both girls are standing".
There are many other viable positions such as either character kneeling, or the giver sitting on the receiver, as well as other angles like from behind or straight-on. Easiest to do is probably both standing or one standing and one bent over. You can also have the receiver suspended by mentioning that the giver is lifting them off the ground, and that the receiver is suspended in the air.
You can mention that pants are lowered, ass is showing, or butt crack is visible, if they don't by default.
Only the poses for each character are necessary, but try to add as much detail as you can for your desired outcome (such as expressions, background, angles, etc.). Remember that descriptive sentences work better for Tsubaki than just tag prompts. Check some of my published works for some examples.
Optional: "underwear pulled past head." Can make the wedgie bigger and sometimes create an atomic. Can also lead to mistakes though, which is why it's not there by default.
