Hizuki Akira's work, based on PonyXL v6.Something irrelevant:A recent found is that, some other online services are leeching the models on Civitai and charge people for their service (generating, downloading etc.), and I asked in Civitai's discord about what they will do about this, apparently the moderator there said they'll have nothing to do with it, not their problem even though on commercial use permissions I (I don't know about other creators) specifically checked off "use on other generation services/ sell this model or merges/ sell generated images.So basically the commercial use agreement is just piece of xxxx no body would care, and what their excuses are the "copyright". That's not very encouraging, is it? If they think it's a legal battle they don't want to fight (and cannot win), I don't want that either, the only thing I can do here is protecting myself by not uploading anything.Just to be clear here, I don't mind my models (I can't say for other creators) being shared on some free sharing sites, actually the more the merrier, but if any sites want to use them for profit without consulting with me, it is beyond disgraceful.And I tried to claim one of the models on the leeching site, they did not take down the model, instead, they listed me as one of their creators. It is bizarre...Btw the "recent found" is pixai, they listed hundreds (or more) of models from Civitai and use them as part of their paid services.
