This LoRA will generate Madoka Kaname in her regular uniform.

If she is genning with her gloves being weird, just add "gloves" and that should fix it.
I've had success with weight 1, but you may need to adjust to 1.2 or higher. 1 tends to produce passable results, but there may be small variations on her outfit. 1.2 has shown good results with getting more details correct without effecting the overall image.
Model used in the preview is Salute. I did not try on a model geared toward photorealism.
You can remix her clothing by prompting for a weighted design, such as (girl wearing pink kimono:1.2)
