LoRA can be a bit unruly unless you input the following negative prompts:
(((wings))), (((dragon wings))), (((tail))), (((dragon tail)))
Please make sure you are using them, Rathalos is, after all, a dragon shaped wyvern and many non-anime models I've trend do tend to attach inhuman features to my character.
I also recommend you do not go past 0.8 with this.
