Tends to work best on its own but if you want to mix it with something I would try mixing it with Loras for outfits or character Loras that were downloaded from Civitia. If you are having trouble with the boobs showing as it sometimes generates with them covered, I would try "nipples" and "tease".
Also the results tend to be at their best if you use 20 steps or higher but probably don’t go above 28.
