It can be used both for nsfw and sfw.
Works better around 0.8, use with a tailed character lora for better results.
You can try adding "ass grab", "tail grab" works but not consistently
For Sfw just add clothes
For Nsfw use "nude" "sex" "pussy" etc
You can try describing the type of tail you want like "long brown fluffy tail" for example.
