Akilora petticoat Lora for pony

Created using the experimental Akilora concept trainer. Should create petticoats. I'm not sure how well it will work I have to upload it before I can create sample images.Seems to help slightly with generating white petticoats under a skirt, I'm gonna make a bounty.
