Works best with DPM++ 2M SDE Karras with a CFG scale of 3 and 30 steps. ADetailer is used in my images to enhance faces, and they are upscaled with Tiled VAE and Ultimate SD upscale, 4x_NMKD-Superscale-SP_178000_G and denoising strength of 0.08
