Normally, if you want winged eyeliner then the model will add wings, but eyeliner by itself doesn't do very much.
This LoRa aims to specify winged eyeliner, with minimal effect to the rest of the image, but adding good looking winged eyeliner to the eyes.
I haven't tested extensively but at the very least it doesn't give the characters wings which is already a win in my book. If you want them to have wings AND winged eyeliner, that's probably fine but I haven't tried it yet.
