Muscular legs & thighs without without being totally buff in other areas.I find that using both tags together gets the best results, but you can try them separate and tweaking with the strength to get the desired effect. The powerlegs was meant to be more subdued and hyperlegs more extreme, but they don't seem to work as well alone.
