I like this with DPM++ SDE Karras, 4-6 sampling steps and cfg between 1.5-3.1; if you aren't a fan of the pants_aside look then just make sure it's not described or you put it in the negative prompts. If you include chest size the lora will tend to try to include in both close-up which may lead to some undesired results; though experiment.
