デビルジャガーは、『大空魔竜ガイキング』第21話「涙のデビルジャガー」に登場する暗黒怪獣です。
ゼーラ星人の女性戦士・エリカが、大空魔竜との戦いで散った恋人・スタールの仇を討つために搭乗しました。
ジャガーの姿を模したこの機体は、鋭い牙と圧倒的なスピードが最大の武器です。首周りの刃を高速回転させて敵を切り裂き、口からは高熱の炎を放射します。さらに、後ろ脚を収納してロケットブースターにすることで空中を飛行できるほか、本物のジャガーに擬態する特殊能力も備えています。
強敵としてガイキングを追い詰めるものの、パイロットのサンシローがエリカの亡き恋人に瓜二つだったことから数奇な運命を辿る、ドラマチックで悲劇的な背景を持つ人気メカです。

Devil Jaguar is a Dark Horror monster that appears in Episode 21 of "Daiku Maryu Gaiking," titled "The Tears of the Devil Jaguar."
It was piloted by Erika, a female Zelan warrior, who sought revenge for her lover, Star, who died in battle against the Daiku Maryu.
Modeled after a jaguar, this machine's greatest weapons are its razor-sharp fangs and overwhelming speed. It can spin the blades around its neck at high speeds to slice through enemies and breathe scorching fire from its mouth. In addition, it is capable of flight by retracting its hind legs into rocket boosters, and it even possesses the special ability to disguise itself as a realistic jaguar.
Although it cornered Gaiking as a formidable foe, the monster is remembered as a popular mecha with a dramatic and tragic background. Its fate was derailed when Erika realized Gaiking's pilot, Sanshiro, looked exactly like her late lover.
