鎖のついたリング状のピアスをつけられた乳首を引っ張ります。「her nipples are bleeding a little.」を追加すると少し出血するので雰囲気が出ます。 【pull hard】ver.は乳首が変形するくらい引っ張ります。また、「nipple-ring」を「metal clothespins」に変えると金属製洗濯ばさみで引っ張ります。尚、位置や方向を「both the left and right sides horizontally」等に変えると横から引っ張りますが、あまり効果は無いようです・・・。
