Captain Hazel "Hank" Murphy is the unhinged and incompetent leader of the Sealab 2021 base. His iconic phrases are defined by his childish temper tantrums, ridiculous demands, and non-sequiturs.he prefers running his pirate radio station or hunting for his favorite drink, "Mingus Dew," over doing his job. He was voiced by Harry Goz.One of my favorite characters and not to forget one of his iconic phrases like "You're not the boss of tiger bot Hesh!" "It's not a toy. It makes real cupcakes... But the secret ingredient is love. Damn it." and "Well, as long as the baby doesn't touch my stash. ...Heh, heh, mustache!"
