Anne Michelle's Friend (voiced by Busy Philipps) is a one-time character in the afterparty ending of Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story.
She is a woman at the Drunken Clam who tells a drunk Brian Griffin to meet her friend Anne Michelle. Brian says his catchphrase and is asked to do an impression of Peter Griffin as he hits on the women.

She has a similar model to Redhead at Bar albeit with darker skin and hair. Another character with a similar model appears as a background character in the James Brady cutaway in "Back to the Woods", the recreation of the Bewitched movie scene with Will Ferrell in "Jungle Love", and at Metro Club in "Model Misbehavior".
Anne Michelle is likely named after Anne-Michelle Barrett who voiced Female Student in "Brian Goes Back to College" alongside other bit parts in seasons 4 and 5, although Anne Michelle has no dialogue here.
