The final battle

When Aka was just 8 years old Ixene was called to the eastern Capital to defend it against the encrouching Abomination slime. That battle would conclude with Ixene's death. and with such a potent witch's demise. the Abomination slime would be declared a calamity. Of course in the coming months the entire Eastern continent would fall to the abomination slime. Aka's focus in life is to graduate and destroy the slime. she doesnt care about the rewards or the land, but her anger and hatred of what took her mother drives her. if Aka never met Ao she'd likely resemble the witch of night, sad, angry and bitter with the world. Ao is the sole thing grounding Aka to the world and letting her see the beauty of the world.
