**"A full-body portrait of a towering, heavily muscular humanoid with broad shoulders and red, scaly skin. His skin is not only rough and rugged, covered in thick, armor-like scales, but also adorned with vibrant, fluorescent tattoos. These tattoos are intensely bright, their vivid colors radiating a bioluminescent glow that pulses rhythmically, as if alive. The intricate designs wrap around his body and the sharp, bony spikes protruding from his arms and knuckles, casting dynamic patterns of neon greens, electric blues, and radiant purples. Each tattoo is a vivid work of art, telling a story with its glowing lines. On his right arm, a stunning depiction of a seductive fox-woman with soft, flowing fur and piercing eyes weaves around the spikes, her form captured in luminous shades of amber and white. His left arm showcases a fearsome ork, his muscular form detailed in fluorescent greens and bold lines, his snarling face adding to the overall menacing aura of the character. The rest of his body is adorned with images of sleek, predatory sharks, their forms darting across his skin in trails of glowing blue and silver, giving the illusion of movement under water. The tattoos not only enhance his fierce appearance but also contribute to his almost mythic presence, their light playing across his rugged scales and adding depth to his intimidating silhouette. His head resembles that of a dragon, with an elongated, fierce visage. The red scales on his face are as thick and rugged as those on his body, contributing to his fearsome look. His short, sharp horns protrude directly from his skull, their rough, bone-white texture resembling ancient, weathered ivory. The horns' gnarled surface complements his permanent snarl, revealing large, jagged teeth that seem designed for battle. His eyes, while not glowing, maintain a sharp, predatory focus that adds to his threatening demeanor. He wears a simple black jumpsuit, its design minimalistic yet practical. The fabric is durable and slightly worn, with short, wrinkled sleeves that expose his powerful, tattooed forearms. The jumpsuit hugs his muscular frame, with its creased and rugged texture adding to his battle-hardened appearance. The material allows for easy movement, prioritizing function over fashion. His bony spikes break through the fabric in some areas, with the glowing tattoos accentuating the stark contrast between skin and clothing. A thick, red leather belt with large metal spikes wraps around his waist, providing a hint of danger and a potential close-quarters weapon. His boots are practical and rugged, built for stability and traction in any environment. For communication, he wears a sleek earpiece with a flexible microphone, indicating his readiness for coordinated action and tactical precision. The earpiece is subtle yet functional, its small red indicator light blending seamlessly with the surrounding neon glow. The setting is a sprawling, dystopian cyberpunk cityscape, where towering skyscrapers cut through a smoggy sky. The rain-soaked streets below are illuminated by neon hues—pinks, blues, and purples—creating a dynamic interplay of light and shadow. His fluorescent tattoos respond to the ambient light, enhancing his already imposing presence and making him appear as both a creature of this world and something beyond. His combination of raw savagery, disciplined composure, and radiant glow evokes both fear and awe. (Negative parameters: No wings, no cybernetic parts on his body.)"
