[Modifier] pov OverShoulder/Sitting on lap

Pov over the shoulder modifier, its designed to handle multiple scenarios with this pov in mind. Needs more work, right now theres a bias of bare shoulders, in future versions there will be better composition control. im kinda annoyed but it does work decently well.. enough to be pushed to prod for nowsee examples:This release is part of my cadence improvement strategy. I’m uploading functional LoRAs that don’t yet meet my full standards but still perform well. These versions will be marked as experimental. Expect a steady flow of updates on my account, with continuous refinements to reach final release quality.
