A transparent, large belly may indicate a translucent uterus filled with amniotic fluid, which can contain either one placenta or two placentas, as well as one umbilical cord or two umbilical cords. Additionally, there may be either a single fetus or two fetuses (twins) present, reflecting the various possibilities in pregnancy.
