To make shiny, change "blue" to "magenta".
To make Shadow Lugia, You may want to replace the whole prompt with "Shadow Lugia (XD001), red eyes, red sclera, jagged white eye-spikes, dark purple-black body, pale white underbelly". Though you may want to temper with the weight because it isn't fully reliable. That may be because I didn't train this LoRA on sufficient amount of Shadow Lugia images.
