シャーロット(Charlotte) - クイズなないろDREAMS 虹色町の奇跡 (Quiz Nanairo Dreams: Nijiiro-chō no Kiseki)

In regard to her very specific hair shape, i'm still trying some variants to describe it, but most of them are returning drill or cone shaped ends, and not evenly cylindrical. I need help with this, so if you find the best way to describe it, let me know.

So far: “twin ringlet curls” “symmetrical ringlet side curls” “thick spiral ringlets (uniform width)” “barrel curls (even thickness)” “victorian-style side ringlets”

“drill curls / twintails drills” → tends to drillify the ends “ringlets / barrel curls” → supposedly keeps it constant
