[DAGASI (Dagashi)] Artist Style PonyXL

An art style for PonyXL of Dagashi, a well known furry artist. The lora is pretty much just plug and play. Edit - Modified the title as I'm unsure of what the artist actually goes by. Some sites refer to them as Dagasi and some refer as Dagashi, so I entitled both to be clear.
