Rossweisse's grandmother Göndul never had a proper appearance/illustration so this is just a very likely interpretation of she would look like since it makes absolutely no sense that a Valkyrie would age and have an elderly appearance since they are ageless and immortal. Thus this is simply an interpretation of how she would look like.
