If you like what I do, leave me a ❤️ to receive notifications of future updates and follow me here on Civitai. Remember that it is a hobby for me and it costs a lot of time and everything is shared entirely for free, I appreciate that you make a review and share your creations on this wall.Project Pandemonium SD1.5 QHD Lightning Alpha 0.1Project Pandemonium is an experimental Checkpoint capable of creating a detailed high-definition image in just a few seconds. Merged from Realism from HaDeS v11.0 (unreleased), It has Stable Diffusion 1.5 as a base in addition to natively incorporating several tweaks that allow accelerated image generation in a few steps at a resolution slightly higher than the original.Designed especially for users who have computers with few resources, it generates images with more than acceptable quality in less than 10 seconds. Obviously, it can also be used normally, like any other SD 1.5 checkpoint. This Alpha version incorporates the following improvements:Balanced Lighting Image enhancer v1.04 (improves lighting)Body Toner and Beautifier v3.01 (prevents errors in hands and joints - unreleased)QHD stabilizer v1.0 (prevents errors in images with resolution higher than the native one - unreleased)Recommended Settings for fast Lightning (very less vram required):(almost instantaneous image generation)Width/Height: 512x768Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE KarrasSteps: 8-12 (10 steps is a good average)CFG: 2-4 (Above 5 creates increasingly blurry images and is not worth it)VAE: Already baked in.HiRes: 4x-UltraSharp with half the regular steps.Denoise: Between 0.25 and 0.55 depending on the image. (0.25 on portrait pics, 0.45-0.55 on landscapes fora example).Upscale: x2 Upscale (or more if you have a good setup).BEST PRESETRecommended Settings for Lightning (less vram required):(less than 10 seconds image generation)Width/Height: 768x1125Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE KarrasSteps: 8-12 (10 steps is a good average)CFG: 2-4 (Above 5 creates increasingly blurry images and is not worth it)VAE: Already baked in.HiRes: 4x-UltraSharp with half the regular steps.Denoise: Between 0.25 and 0.55 depending on the image. (0.25 on portrait pics, 0.45-0.55 on landscapes fora example).Upscale: x1.5 Upscale (or more if you have a good setup).BEST PRESETRecommended Settings for Normal (4GB - 6G vram required):Width/Height: 512x768Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE KarrasSteps: Around 30CFG: 4-12 (The lower the CFG, the more realism and less details.)VAE: Already baked in.HiRes: 4x-UltraSharp with half the regular steps and 0.45 Denoise + x2 Upscale (or more if you have a good setup).Recommended Settings for High Performance (8GB vram or more):Width/Height: 768x1125Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE KarrasSteps: Around 30CFG: 4-12 (The lower the CFG, the more realism and less details.)VAE: Already baked in.HiRes: 4x-UltraSharp with half the regular steps and 0.45 Denoise + x1.5 Upscale (or more if you have a good setup). As this is an Alpha version, be aware that it still contains many errors, especially when generating images at a resolution higher than the native one. QHD Stabilizer is still not perfect and does not work very well at times. Finally, thank you for trying it, thank you for sharing your images on the wall and thank you for sharing the virtues and defects of the checkpoint that you can detect.See you in the next update.
