Change the setting to a medical room with a simple hospital bed and white sheets. Place her lying in the bed. Change the lighting to fluorescent overhead light. Remove the pillow she is hugging. Keep her face, blonde hair, and blue eyes the same but remove her pout, she is looking neutral, or perhaps just a little happy.
