Additionally, you can enhance facial features by adding "facial hair, left ear clip,facial tattoo". To enhance clothing features (usually not necessary), you can include "leather armor, belt, metal buckle, shoulder armor, red underwear,chainmail". It's worth mentioning that this version sometimes displays tattoos on the body when prompted with "facial tattoo".
