Ok this one is...... eh....You can use a weight of either 1 or 0.8, expect her clothes to be inconsistent, her dataset was very lacking due to the absurdly low amount of available pictures of her, however at least I got her overall body likeness right and clothes can be changed easily even with weight 1... consider posting any decent imagenes you generate, I will work on a V2 with a better dataset using the best pictures I can get from the initial version.Use arbiter the empress as trigger, other relevant tags are white hair, long hair, large breasts, single hair bun, hair ribbon, colored skin, pale skin, white bikini top, criss-cross halter, black tiara, white skirt, miniskirt, revealing clothesI'm not entirely sure if she has one or two hair buns on her hair due to lack of official source material but adding double bun in negatives helps if you want results with a single hair bun.Using adetailer and hires is advised for quality.
