"Crinoline" is probably the single most important tag for this, and "puff sleeves" is recommended. I have added "braided dress" with not too much luck but I recommend keeping an updo to help with cohesiveness. "Spine" and "ribs" are optional for a bone effect. Lower the weight to do colors as the dataset is mostly brown. Try different types of lengths as well and it should be able to do a rounded effect for the skirt. Headwear is optional and will change according to tags, but "headwear" will likely give a ribbed hat/mask. Mask is optional also.
