Push its weight above 1 to get visible effects (I recommend 1.2-1.5).

Since it can be subtle below 1, you can finetune to your needs. 0.7 will give a light touch of sparkle, 2.0 will likely lead to a heavy coat of fuzziness and bright light. You'll have to experiment.

What can be expected (and was observed):

• eyes will be a little "watery", also a bit bigger, but should keep their shape (they'll default to aqua color, btw)
• hair will be shinier, with subtle highlights of blue (at 1.3 and above, hair will get sparkles and glitter)
• fabric will get better shadows and texture, especially matte clothing; wet clothing will become shinier;
• lighting will be brighter (stars, lights, neon... in particular)
• more elements in the background, giving a blurry background effect
• more details to the clothing, kimonos in particular

Some models react more (or better?) to this LoRA; again, you'll have to experiment. Illustrious-based seem to work well. Shiitake too.

If you're looking to generate flat-colored images, this LoRA won't help unless you go into the negative weight (but this might yield REALLY unpredictable results).
