Character I thought of made up of different aspects that I like in other characters. 0.7 weight should be fine as is. Sometimes the eyebrows come out a different color due to the split-hair coloring, try adjusting the the strength of the eyebrows by replacing the (black eyebrows:2) with a different number. The hair also sometimes doesn't split properly so you can also try adjusting the (split-color-hair:1.2) to a different weight. Hope you enjoy the model!
