Mr. Elwood Black, Esq

"Perfection is impossible, but striving for it is still a noble persuit." A billionare businessman and philanthropist, unlike most ultra-wealthy individuals, Black cares for the common man... or at least, seems to. A believer in self-actualization and striving for greatness, he has built an entire city three miles off of the coast of Tokyo, welcoming people from all over the world to come and live there in his 'magnum opus'. This city, Geberus, is intended to be a place where people can strive to become their best selves; school and advanced classes are completely free, offered by Black's 'Berkanan Initiative', money does not exist within city limits, the streets are clean, and crime is non-existant. People are encouraged to persue their passions, be it in learning, science, art, or every day mundane things like baking. But something just feels... wrong... about the city. And now, monsters have begun appearing in events known as 'Goetic Explosions'. Does Black know more then he is letting on? Or is he simply a pawn in someone else's game?
